Happy New Years Eve!

Tim's sister Annie has been up to visit us. We had a lovely long walk in the countryside and ended up at the pub. Was lovely and fresh, got a good dose of lovely sunshine! The kids did brilliantly and walked for ages. Lovely day out.

This steep hill behind me is the last walk tim brought us on. It was a bit steep and ended up scrambling up the edge! Luckily he chose a different route this time so wasn't so steep and scary!!
I hope everyone has a very happy new years eve and an even better start to 2015!

Here's to a healthy, happy and wonderful year ahead.

Lots of love to anyone reading this and to all my family and friends.

Christmas 2014!

WOW! What a long time, I am so annoyed with myself for not posting more but facebook seems to take over for me and I loose track of time and forget to update. It is annoying as I love looking back at my blog, especially when the kids were babies. I posted lots and love looking back. I reaslied this year and last I have hardly any to look back on. Maybe I will try and do it more in 2015!! Here is a big load of photos (unfortunately they are all muddled up in a completely random order) or this December.
We went to Conkers to see Father Christmas and his reindeer, plus we went to Chatsworth house to see Alice in Wonderland exhibition, it was beautiful!

This is at Carsington with my two and my two gorgoues nieces.

Below is Christmas morning! The kids really have had a brilliant Christmas time this year, with mum and Sam coming over too.

We made an amazing gingerbread house! I am going to try another this week but this time using a slightly different recipe, we will have to see if it works!!!

We had a great meal out at the hanging gate, I love it there with all the open fires!

Rosie and her favourite present, a teachers set!

Finley and one of his favourite presents, a pretend birthday cake!
Finley and his reindeer outfit in his nursery play
My two beautiful ginger nuts, I love these two so very much

We also had a great day trip to Warwick Art centre, we decorated ginger bread men and watched The Gruffallo at the theatre, was a really fun day out. They hold fantastic family fun days there

And now we have snow!! woop woop!!
Finley and his absolute favourite toy from Father Christmas, a Gup-S from the Octonaughts.

They have been utterly spoilt rotten by us and our families and friends, lucky kids.

Well I am going to try and write more in the new year as I want to have more to read back on in a few years time!!

Bye, Gemma x

ps Merry Christmas to anyone out there who still reads this!! xxxx
