We've just had a lovely few days relaxing down in Kent. We spent time relaxing, walking round the forests and we went to Canterbury on the Friday. Rosie enjoyed seeing her Grandma and Grandad, her Auntie and Uncle, her Great Auntie and Great Uncle, her cousin and Great Granny! oooo, and Tigs too!!! Rosie also had her first ride on a horse, if Toupe the pony counts as a real horse! I think she does, Toupe is a me sized horse!!!! not too high up!!!
Above Rosie visiting Ben in the retirement field and below helping Judith do the water... not sure Rosie and I were particularly helpful but she liked looking at the horses! On the Saturday we walked through the forest quite early, it was so beautiful and peaceful. The spiders webs were stunning in the morning mist and early sunshine! Tigs was beautifully behaved and enjoyed running round the fields, she truely is the luckiest dog in the world! Great Granny Jean having a cuddle well I should scoot and get myself tidyed up and do the washing! bye xxx
I come from the beautiful Island of Guernsey but am now living in Derbsyhire with my husband and children. Tim and I got married in August 2008, in May 2009 we had our first child, baby Rosie and in July 2011 we had our little boy, Finley. They are perfect and are my world.
I am currently fighting bowel cancer and am not teaching right now. I want to keep my mind busy and I find art and animals help with my mental health. I decided to set up a new blog to share my work and offer local art, craft and pet sitting services as and when my treatment plan allows.
