Our next part of our trip was to France and we met George on the boat!!
Finally arrived in sunny France for a stunning week of french food, wine and relaxing! Lots of swims on the beach and at Jugon water park!
We hired a boat along the river in Dinan, the children took turns in driving us!

Playing in the garden in France, the children loved playing underneath the walnut tree, it provided some much needed shade

After swimming at Val Andre we had a lovely meal at the top of the beach
Unfortunately poor Finley got stung by a bee... he was very brave!
Our last day on the beach was stunning, we found a quiet massive sandy beach just before St Cast, we played and swam all morning before going home for lunch.
It was such a hot day, the children cooled off inside
On the boat home... what a long journey! The kids loved the boat and were so good all day. They just lost it during the 4 hour drive home as they were so over tired.. a few tears were shed before they finally fell asleep around Birmingham. Bless them!
