we were in tescos this morning and I found this gorgeous looking fruit, I have never seen or eaten a dragon fruit before and i just couldn't resist!
Isn't it a stunning colour?
Inside it is very similar to a kiwi texture and taste wise, but less tangy - more like a melon flavour.
just thought I would share my newly discovered fruit!
