We've another fun day today at Chuckle butties with Rosie's friend William and his mummy Emma. It was very relaxing, we ahd lunch then went to play in the park as it is such a lovely day! The sun has now come out and Rosie is just in short sleeved t-shirt and leggins! It's wonderful, I LOVE THIS TIME OF YEAR!!! Amazing to think a year ago I was about to burst and Rosie was so very nearly here, not that we realised that yet!

Rosie enjoying swinging at the park.
Rosie and William swinging! We had a go on the round about too.

Don't you just love Rosie's new dungerees that Granny Sue made? O had to move her away from the hungry caterpillar blanket to take photos as the spots of the blanket against the hearts were a bit 'LOUD'! I chose the fabric, I LOVE THEM, thanks mum!

We've had a lovely weekend, Rosie has spent lots of time in her garden, it took while to get her to keep her hat on - she kept pulling it off! nightmare but we got there in the end and she wore it for a good half an hour.

Oscar and Einstein are realising now that they will get a rub if they sit close enough to Rosie, Rosie also now strokes rather than grabs (well most of the time, we still have to be next to her when the cats are near) which is nice.
Last night was Tim's work do at the Pride park Stadium, was rather grand and was lots of fun, my friends Jo and Cadell babysat and Rosie was an angel. It was a masquerade ball this was my mask, I think it quite suited Tim!

Emma and Me, I met Emma at baby massage with her little baby boy William, we soon worked out that Tim and her husband John work together!

Yesterday morning we went to do a pre school trip visit to Attenborough Nature Reserve, it was lots of fun actually wandering around the lakes and river in the sunshine, this swan was a bit friendly to tim and rosie, neither of them look impressed!
Well I'll leave you with one more photo of my angel, chat again soon xxxx

Our busy few weeks

Tim, Rosie and I had a lovely sunny time in Kent. Rosie loved meeting the horses again, this time she was a little older and really liked pointing and 'aaaahhhh-ing' at them. So sweet. She says 'caaaa' to the cats and all the horses were 'caaaaaa' too... sweet!

Me and my gorgeous baby girl, I just love her so incredibly much. She is just precious!!!

Below Rosie with her first pair of shoes, made by Granny Sue.
She also loved Tigs, she was so gentle with her and stroked her and got excited when Tigs walked past, Tigs on the other hand was not very impressed and was a little nervous of Rosie, she tended to stay away!

We also bought Rosie a pair of shoes so she could walk outside, although she isn't quite walking yet - so close we think, she pulled herself up on me loads today!

Lovely family photo, Tony, Judith, Tim, Rosie and Tigs!
Tony and Judith bought Rosie a lovely little bike for her birthday, we couldn't resist getting it out of the packaging for them to see Rosie enjoy. She does love playing on it but her tiny legs don't quite reach, won't be long till she's scooting everywhere on it!

Well what a busy few weeks, we've had loads of wonderful baby news from family and friends, Tim and I now know 9 people having babies this year! Crazy but SO SO SO wonderful!

I went back to school yesterday, hard to get myself moving and motivated but today was a good day so feel all inspired for the new term. I am determined to have a really positive term (except for school reports... boo)

No other gossip really, Rosie's 1st birthday in a few weeks - so excited to plan her Teddy Bears Picnic. Will be sure to take hundreds of photos....

Hi,

we have had a wonderful day. The sun is shining and has been warm enough to sit in the garden with Rosie on her playmat. My mum is having a great time playing with Rosie!

This morning we had a professional photo shoot. One of the mummy friends I have made, her husband is a photographer and he did a session for all of the girls I've met plus hubbys and babies. It was so much fun! I think he got some great shots of Rosie, can't wait to see the photos. Watch this space as he is doing a CD for us and signing over the rights to the photos so we can put on blog and print out as many as we like from somewhere like photobox or boots! fab! We also managed a shot with al the babies sat in a row, was the cutest thing EVER!

This pm we had Ron and Jean round for lunch, we did a traditional Guernsey meal - bean jar and Gauche Melee. YUM!

Off to watch Dr Who now

Here is a video of our amazing daughter comando crawling!!! How incredible to see the difference between 8th May last year and now... amazing! I think she'll be properly crawling within the next few weeks, BYE xxxxx
