Hello,

I only have 3 days left at school can you believe?!!!! I am so ready to finish now. My feet hurt by the end of the school day. Above is me on Sunday, at 35 weeks!!! Only 5 weeks to go (7 at the most!)

Tim and I also thought it would be fun to build a water feature in our garden, it is beautiful and the cats love it! We figured we can dry it out when the baby is a bit older if we think it isn't safe (it really isn't very big or deep), but for now it is lovely!
Einstein paw dipping!

Here is the cutest photo of Tim trying to work on his computer and Einstein loving him very much as usual!! So adorable don't you think?
Well no more news or gossip, can't wait till friday. Tim and I also have a hospital tour on Sunday to look round Derby City hospital and work out where to park, buy snacks and find out more about what it's like... hopefully it won't be too scary!

I decided that I needed to get back into my art during my maternity leave before Baby Smith arrived to keep me occupied. So a few weeks ago I went and bought some art paper and last night I finally got inspired by one of Tim's photos of Oscar, and also Ant's friend Sam inspired me when I saw her lovely drawings on her blog.

I really enjoyed it, do you like it so far??? I am now a little worried about finishing it as cats are so symmetrical that I don't think I am talented enough to do a whole face... and I don't want to ruin what I've done so far... but at the same time it isn't finished... hmmm...

Above Tim wanted to show his mummy his leeks and how he has planted them!

Below is our vegetable patch we have strawberries in the blue pot, blueberries behind, rhubarb on the right, then in the soil we have onions, leeks and corgettes! How fab is that!!?
Sorry for the bare flesh and my unattractive snoring face but thought it was a perfect picture to show what tim and I have been up to today! It has been so so so so so sunny and hot! We have relaxed all day long in our beautiful garden with our boys. We had chocolate ice cream milkshakes and ate yummy sandwiches on our garden chair set!!! fab!!!
Tim played with his camera too, here is Oscar
Oscar again...
And Einstein!
Well off to cook dinner now, big sunny hugs from us xxxx

Morning, here are just a few snaps from Monday when we went to Chatsworth. We had a lovely walk around the gardens and treated ourselves to scones, jam and clotted cream... yum! Tim enjoyed taking lots of photos too but he is still playing with the images so won't post any on here yet.

Here is my gorgeous hubby and his baby boy Einstien, not sure what he is watching but must have been something serious!
And here is just to prove to you that Einstein does sit on me when Tim is not about... just a shame he can't fit on my lap anymore!
Here is tim's greenhouse and his vegetable patch, coming along well! We just need some sunshine now, come on sun - where are you????
Here is my bump on Tuesday (so at 33 weeks and 1 day!)
It is wiggling SO MUCH today that I think the doctors may have got it wrong and there may infact be two babies in this stomache!!!! Honestly, I have never felt such strong movements yet, it is incredible. My whole tummy from down low to right up by my ribs is rippling and moving about in jerky movements. It feels like the baby has ten legs and arms!!!! My tummy keeps going really rock solid too, maybe these are the braxton hicks that I keep hearing about? How very exciting. On Monday we will only have exactly 6 weeks till our due date.... arrrrgggghhhh!!!! so so exciting and scary all at once!

Well I had better scoot, off to find some yummy but healthy lunch!

Hi all,

how are you this cloudy Easter weekend?

Things here are good. Tim has been a busy boy in his greenhouse trying to sort out a watering system, it looks all very complicated to me! I have been tidying ready for Mum and Sam arriving tomorrow, I actually enjoy it and kept having small breaks to read my new book. I have read two already this holiday, I am loving this relaxation time! I am not even thinking about doing my planning till next weekend. Seeing I only have two weeks rather than a whole half a term to plan for it makes it much easier and less time consuming, fabulouso!!

So the above photo is me all dressed up as we are off out to dinner tonight. I am now almost 33 weeks. Only 7 to go (maybe 9 if baby Smith decides to stay put). My tummy has been very achey this week, I think the baby is obviously growing and making all my muscles stretch! It is also wiggling like mad and has the hiccups at least once a day. I thought the wiggling was meant to slow down as the baby runs out of space, hmmm, this one must be a hyperactive one like it's mother!

I also thought my boys deserved a little treat as they have been shut in the dining room and kitchen at night time due to Oscar bringing in little treats (mice...). They have been sleeping on our bean bag and keep falling off as it isn't quite big enough for both of them without help from us putting them into position. Sooooooooo... I went to the pet shop and bought a dog bean bag thing, it is so big they now can spread out without any help squeezing on! They love it!!!

Here are the photos to prove it!
How cute are they?

Well I had better scoot, Mum and Sam arrive tomorrow, we are having a relaxing day here with a roast dinner, then on Monday we are planning on going to Chatsworth and Bakewell. Then on Tuesday Tim and I have our first antenatal class, I hope it is useful and informative.

Chat soon, Gemmaxxx

(Ant keep the photos coming they are fab, I want some of you in too please!)

Hello,

here is me at 32 weeks! Can you believe how quickly time is flying?!

I am now on my Easter hols thank goodness. I spent all weekend cleaning and washing, Tim was in scotland but is back now. He has no more trips till the baby is here so that's a relief! Then yesterday I had a mum to be pamper package day at Centre Parks with my uni friends (we didn't take the camera as was a whole day with bikinis and no make up, not really fit for showing people!). It was an incredible day. We had welcome drinks, and big white fluffy dressing gowns, we swam all day in the beautiful pool then relaxed in their relaxation zones, some had water beds other areas were heated with essential oils... I had to avoid the sauners and steam rooms but I didn't really mind as the pamper day included an amazing mum to be massage session, I had a back, neck, shoulder, leg massage, then a bump 'face pack' where they covered my bump in something, then I had a facial and they left me to relax for a bit, then when they came back they took off the bump face pack and gave it a massage! Was wonderfully relaxing!!!!

I now have two weeks more of relaxing, plus mum and sam are coming over on Sunday for a few days!!! AND tim is off for the Easter weekend too, will be lovely to spend some quality time together without me being shattered.

Better scoot, my baby boy Einstein is crying to be fed! I need to find Oscar too - he had better not be mouse catching!
